How does licensing work?
All Glue Tools products are licensed on a "per machine" basis. If you need to move the license to a new system, use your license code to "Revoke" the license from your system, then activate it on the new machine. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can move your license.
How quickly will I receive my license?
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase. During business hours we are often able to get your licenses to you in a matter of minutes.
What are the limits of the Séance demo?
The demo can only work with the first 2 cines from the cinemag and download the first 1,000 frames. Recording, Erase Cinemag and ProRes downloads are disabled.
I use a Flex4K Bundle. Which version do I need?
Flex4K Bundle users cannot use Séance v3.0. Download Séance Flex4K v2.0, or v2.1 with ProRes support, from the Downloads page.
Which Macs are supported?
A 2017 or later Intel Macintosh running macOS 11 Big Sur or later. Apple Silicon and macOS 26 Tahoe are suggested. Homebrew/hackintosh computers are not supported.
