Can someone provide me with a work flow for custom xyz colour space extract to dpx files?

Hi,

A custom tool or plugin would have to be built. Or, if you are lucky, you know of a tool that allows you to specify your own XYZ color correction matrix.

In general, you want a linear image, (which means "no gamma" or "gamma 1.0"). You then run the RGB values through the XYZ matrix, which gives your new image. You can then save it as a linear DPX file. Gamma or Log curves can then be added as well.

Building an XYZ color space is very much purpose specific. Knowledge of CIE XYZ math is important.
