Hi Everyone.

Here are some things to check if you are having a problem connecting to our license server:

- Is your Mac's Firewall or Parental Filter turned on? (If so, turn these off. Even if they aren't configured.)
- Is port 80 blocked on your firewall?
- Is your facility "filtering" website content? (ie: blocking access to certain websites.)
- (and lastly) this is another common culprit, a web site cache built into the firewall. We've just recently learned that this has been known to cause huge problems too. Disabling it seem to be the easiest fix.

If at all possible, try the license on another machine, or better yet, try another internet connection.

So far, we have found these to be the most common causes of problems when connecting to our license server.

Bob.
