Hi Everyone.
Here is how to remove ARRIRAW Toolkit v1.0
Delete:
/Library/Application Support/ARRIRAW (<-- this is a folder)
/Library/QuickTime/ARRIRAW.component
/Library/Spotlight/ARRIRAW.mdimporter
/Library/QuickLook/ARRIRAW.qlgenerator
/Library/PreferencePanes/ARRIRAW.prefPane
/Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Plugins/GT_ARRIRAW_Import.bundle
/Library/Application Support/Final Cut Pro System Support/Custom Settings/GlueTools/Glue Tools ARRI RAW 2880x2160 24 FPS.fcpre
If you have the CineonDPX package, you will still need this file. Otherwise this can be removed, too.
/Library/Frameworks/GT_CommonCocoaLib.framework
